These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BO7Services website and the services offered through it (the "Services"). By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

BO7Services ("BO7Services", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent gameplay-assistance provider operating from the Republic of Mauritius. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Activision, Call of Duty, or any other game publisher, developer, or platform. All game titles, trademarks, and imagery referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only.

2. The Service We Provide

BO7Services sells time and skill as a service. When you place an order, you are paying for the time our providers spend assisting with gameplay objectives you request (for example, boosting, ranking, challenge completion, or account recovery assistance). You are not purchasing in-game items, virtual currency, accounts, software, cheats, or any product owned by a game publisher.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Third-Party Terms & Assumption of Risk

Games and platforms have their own terms of service, end-user license agreements, and codes of conduct. Using a third-party assistance service may conflict with those agreements and could, in some cases, result in warnings, suspensions, or other action against a game account by the publisher.

• You acknowledge that you use the Services voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You are responsible for understanding the rules that apply to your own game accounts.
• BO7Services is not responsible for any action taken against your account by a game publisher or platform.

5. Orders & Account Information

Some Services require access to, or information about, your game account. You agree to provide accurate details and understand that you share such information voluntarily. Where account credentials are involved, we recommend changing recovery details after completion. You are responsible for backing up your own data. We handle any account information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on the relevant product pages and may change at any time. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; by paying, you also agree to the applicable provider's terms. You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us (through our providers) to charge the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees.

7. Delivery & Turnaround

Estimated turnaround times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by order complexity, availability, game downtime, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate meaningful delays.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Chargebacks & Fraud

If you have an issue with an order, contact us first at support@bo7services.com so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may be treated as a breach of these Terms, and we reserve the right to suspend service, refuse future orders, and take reasonable steps to recover amounts owed.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to provide access to an account you are not authorized to use, to harass our staff, or to attempt to defraud us or our payment providers. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result or ranking will be achieved.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BO7Services and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of accounts, progress, data, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BO7Services and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Mauritius shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
